Yes. We respect and understand that our customers want and expect nothing but complete privacy in any transaction with us. All orders are sent in Australia Post satchels or plain boxes with no description or reference to the contents of the bag. This means you can safely have the items sent to your work if this is more convenient for you. If we need to contact you, we will only speak to or e-mail the person that placed the order. We will not discuss the details of the order with anyone other than the purchaser.
Items in stock will be shipped to you within 24 business hours after payment is received. In the rare instance that it takes longer than 24 business hours to process your order, we will email you with a revised ETA.
Items marked with *** are ‘Available by Order’. This means simply that the item is not in stock, but can be ordered from our wholesaler and shipped to you within 4-5 business days (after your payment has cleared). Click here for more information.
G.S.T is a Tax levied by the Government that is only applicable to Australian residents. Should you not live in Australia, and the goods are for export out of Australia, you will not be charged any G.S.T. on your purchase from us.
How is my order shipped within Australia?
You can choose how you would like to receive your order. Australian orders are sent either via Regular Post, Registered Parcel Post, Insured Parcel Post or Express Post.
Do you deliver to International customers?
Yes, we are happy to deliver products outside of Australia. Overseas orders are shipped either via International Air Mail, Sea Mail or International Parcel Express (EPI). You can also choose to insure your parcel.
Please note: We will not be held responsible for the Customs and Laws that govern your particular country should your goods be confiscated, nor will we refund your money or shipping costs. This service is at your own risk, but we will endeavour to do our best to package goods discretely and get your order to you as fast as we can. All goods will be marked discreetly for customs declarations unless otherwise requested.

How much do you charge for delivery?
All shipping costs are quoted online prior to you confirming your purchase. You will be provided with a quote as to the cost of delivery based on delivery method, delivery location and the size of your order.
Do you have a payment system alternate to PayPal?
Yes, you can either send us a cheque or money order by mail, or Direct Deposit the money to our account. All these methods are described clearly in the checkout wizard.
To make use of alternate payment methods, please place your order normally, select the payment method you wish to use, and we will look after the rest. Please note: Cheques and money orders must be cleared before any goods will be despatched.
How will I know what is happening with my order?
We advise you of every step of your order. When we receive an order we process and package it for dispatch. We then e-mail you to let you know your order has been shipped.

If there is no-one to accept delivery, Australia Post will take your parcel to the nearest post office. Australia Post will leave a card allowing you to collect your delivery at your convenience. Your order will carry no indication of supplier and you will not need to mention Delights of the Flesh in order to pick-up your parcel.

What if I see a product elsewhere at a cheaper price?
If you see a product on our website being sold elsewhere at a cheaper price, please email us at admin@delightsoftheflesh.com and let us know. At the very least, we will try to match the price, if not better it. For the person that does let us know about the price difference, we will also send a small gift with your next order as a token of appreciation.

Yes. This store will not sell pirated DVDs and all the DVDs we sell are originals.
