Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All shipping costs are quoted online prior to you confirming your purchase. You will be provided with a quote as to the cost of delivery based on delivery method, delivery location and the size of your order.

PLEASE NOTE: Items marked with *** are ‘Available by Order’. This means simply that the item is not in stock, but can be ordered from our wholesaler and shipped to you within 4-5 business days (after your payment has cleared). Click here for more information.

Items marked as ‘In Stock’ will be shipped within 24 business hours after payment is received. In the rare instance that it takes longer than 24 business hours to process your order, we will email you with a revised ETA.

You can choose how you would like to receive your order. Australian orders are sent either via Regular Post, Registered Parcel Post, Insured Parcel Post or Express Post. On shipping of your parcel you will receive notification via e-mail.

Overseas orders are shipped either via International Air Mail, Sea Mail or International Parcel Express (EPI). You can also choose to insure your parcel.

All orders are sent in Australia Post satchels or plain boxes with no description or reference to the contents of the bag. This means you can safely have the items sent to your work if this is more convenient for you. If we need to contact you, we will only speak to or e-mail the person that placed the order. We will not discuss the details of the order with anyone other than the purchaser.

If there is no-one to accept delivery, Australia Post will take your parcel to the nearest post office. Australia Post will leave a card allowing you to collect your delivery at your convenience. Your order will carry no indication of supplier and you will not need to mention Delights of the Flesh in order to pick-up your parcel.

Please make sure your postal address is correct before confirming your order. If you supply us with the wrong address and it is returned to us, we will need to charge you to repost your order to the correct address.

Returns

Because of the personal nature of our products, an exchange service is not available. Please choose carefully before you buy. We are unable to accept products, videos or DVD's which do not meet your expectations. We will only replace items which are found to be faulty.

If due to any defect in materials or workmanship, a product fails to maintain its integrity or its moving parts become inoperable, you may return it for another of the same or similar item, or a store credit.

Return of goods will only be considered if unused and returned in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any return if the goods have been used or soiled in any way.

To return a defective product, you must return the product within 30 days of purchase.

ALL returns must be accompanied by the original receipt and Return Authorisation Number to be considered for exchange or store credit. (See instructions below on how to obtain a Return Authorisation Number).

All battery-operated toys are tested working prior to dispatch at our warehouse, however should you have a problem with an item please refer to our 30 day limited Warranty below.

Return Procedure

E-mail us at returns@delightsoftheflesh.com.

Explain the products defect and provide us with your original order number. Be sure to include your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address.

Once you contact us, we will e-mail you a Return Authorisation Number and the correct address to ship the item to.

Once you have all the correct information, place the item in its original box or covering along with your original receipt.

Please write the supplied Authorisation Number on the receipt.

RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN AUTHORISATION NUMBER.

30 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY (Consumable products excluded.)

If due to any defect in materials or workmanship, this product fails to maintain its integrity or its moving parts become inoperable, the supplier will repair this product or, at the supplier's sole option, replace it with a like or reasonably similar product. This warranty does not cover product repair and/or replacement because of acts of God, misuse, accident, unauthorised repair or alteration or other cause not within the control of the supplier. Repaired or replacement products are warranted only for 30 days. The customer is responsible for shipping costs for all warranty service. Toy related products are sold as novelties only. If your item becomes defective after the initial 30 days, you must contact the manufacturer directly.
